Part II

In our previous post of this series, we had learned about the what is hacking and related topics. I had found that very good responses as Everyone wants to become a hacker and want to hack someone's FB account. So, this is part II of the this "How to become a Hacker" series.

Hey, It's Me, Arshad Aman, back again and today we are going to discuss a very interesting topic that everyone wants to know " How to become a Hacker ", not only hacker but almost on any Network related field. So, Let's get start our journey to become a Hacker.

So in our previous post, we had discussed up to the salary of a hacker and related fields of hacking. If you had not read that post then please go and read as this will give you the interest to read this second part of How to become a hacker. Today we are going to see what type of knowledge you should have to become a hacker?

A hacker is a ruler of computer kingdom and he can be a most dangerous underworld Don or dictator of computers and Internet and it is dependent on the type of hacker, whether a black hat or white hat. We know that a king or a dictator should have a vast knowledge to govern the Internet world so, a hacker needs to have the knowledge of these things which we are going to list below:-
  1. Become an advanced computer user:- It is obvious that a hacker needs a computer as a weapon to do hacking and we can't do win a battle if we do not know how to use the weapons so, to master a weapon we need to practice and use it continuously to know everything like how it was made, who made this, what is its purpose and almost everything.  From the example, you had known that you have to know everything about computers both hardware and software and how these are made and its architecture.
  2. Learn both GUI and CLI:- First GUI stands for Graphical User Interface and CLI stands for Command Line Interface. GUI is what you are seeing normally in your Windows computer, that icon, and pictures etc which you click and the work is done. Have you used the Command Prompt (cmd)? If yes, then this is the CLI. CLI was previously in the old windows like MS-Dos and the Linux operating system is mostly have CLI. The advantage of CLI is that it can do a lot more things on your computer which you can't imagine. You cmd a make disk partition or can cure a corrupt disk. CLI unlock the potentiality of the system. So, practice CLI and become a pro in that.
  3. Use Different OS:- Every system work on the operating system and you should know everything about the operating system before attacking them or working on them. You should search in which language the OS is built and its architecture and processor support and its developer and overall everything.
  4. Should have Linux skills:- Linux is the open-source operating system and it is freely available for everyone and it is the most advanced operating system and used by all hackers from four corners of the world. What you have to do is that choose a suitable operating system for you and your computer and install it on your computer as the virtual machine or better to remove the windows and install Linux on your system so that you have to use Linux and this will improve your skill. Recommended Os are Kali Linux, Ubuntu, Parrot Os, Black box, Tails Os. Here is a brief discussion about those:- Linux Discussion.
  5. Learn Different Programming Languages:- Hackers mostly deals with software and software are programs made from different languages called programming languages. So, a hacker has to learn different programming languages to find exploit and vulnerabilities, etc. You have to learn almost all the famous programming languages. Some compulsory are, JAVA, PHP, C#, C++, C, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, SQL, Ruby, Python, Perl. Learn these mentioned languages.
  6. Networking:- Almost all hacking attacks is done over networks or the internet. To do attack or prevent attacks you have to be good at networking and learn about protocols, ports and other different things.
